What to Know Before You Book Your Massage
- You’ll begin with a brief assessment to understand your body’s needs and any areas of tension.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing; you’ll always be draped for your comfort and modesty.
- If using insurance, check whether your plan requires a doctors’ note for RMT services.
- Intake and health history forms will be emailed before (or asked upon arrival if first visit).
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in.
- A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations to avoid fees.
Therapy Format
- In-person: Attend an appointment in person at our office in the Windsor Essex region.
- Mobile massage is also available for clients in the Windsor/Tecumseh region where our RMT will provide services in the comfort of your own home.
Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a manual treatment for pain and various body ailments. It is effective in helping reduce stress for various conditions, healing injuries, reliving pain and muscle tensions as well as improving immune function.
At Saga Therapy, we offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling better. In keeping with understanding your story, every initial treatment will begin with a thorough assessment of your body including your area of concern as well as anything that you or our therapist identifies as helpful for treatment. In addition to a treatment plan, you will leave equipped with additional exercises and biomechanical recommendations to ensure that you maintain best health.
