Packages encourage momentum and consistency while saving on per-session costs. Sessions can be booked weekly or biweekly and must be used within 6 months.
Massage Therapy Rates
Relieve tension, improve circulation, and restore balance through trauma-informed massage care. All sessions include a brief consultation and customized treatment plan.
Short Session
Duration: 45 minutes

Extended Session
Duration: 90 minutes

Hot Stone Therapy: +$20

Insurance Coverage: All RMT sessions are performed by a Registered Massage Therapist and are eligible for coverage under most extended health plans.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
- Payment accepted via credit card, e-transfer, or direct billing (where available).
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of fee. If there are unforeseen circumstances where cancelling 24 hours prior is not feasible, this fee could be waived.
- Receipts are provided for insurance or tax purposes.
