Andrae provides psychotherapy services for anyone residing in Ontario, Canada. If you reside outside of Ontario, I can consult the governing body in your area to determine that my services meet the standards of care criteria for your area before we continue.

If an appointment needs to be cancelled, this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time otherwise, 50% of the cost of the session will be charged. If there are unforeseen circumstances where cancelling 24 hours prior is not feasible, this fee could be waived.

If a client does not attend their appointment for the scheduled time, 50% of the cost of the session will be charged.
